Wylde Brigade Cuenca Aztec Reversible Blanket: Queen

Looking for a gift for your trainer? Or for the horse person who already has every brush, bit, and saddle pad they could possibly need? This blanket is one of our staff picks, and it's an easy one to give.

The Cuenca Aztec Reversible Blanket comes from Wylde Brigade, a fellow BC company, with a pattern inspired by the weaving traditions of Ecuador's highlands. It's soft and lightweight but still warm, so you're not buried under something heavy. It's just as at home on the couch as it is on cold bleachers at a fall show, behind the seat of the truck for the early drive to the barn, or tossed over the chair in the tack room.

It's reversible, so you get two looks in one. It's also machine washable, which matters, because anything that spends time around horses ends up with hay in it eventually.

Why it works as a gift for trainers and coaches:
Trainers spend a lot of hours standing in chilly arenas while everyone else gets to ride. A warm, easy-care blanket is a practical way to say thanks for all the lessons, patience, and early mornings. It's also a good fit for barn managers, show parents, or anyone on your list who's hard to shop for, whether it's for a birthday, a thank-you, or tucked under the tree this holiday season.

Come see it in person at our shop in Courtenay, or order online at evolutiontack.ca.
