Refunds & Returns Policy

We want you to shop with confidence and clarity. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about returns and refunds at Evolution Equestrian. Please read carefully, as eligibility depends on the type of product purchased.


Return Window

  • New items: Eligible for return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Consignment items: All sales are final. These items are purchased as-is and are non-refundable.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • In new, salable condition (unworn, unused, no visible damage or dirt, free of animal hair). We recommend keeping items clean and hair-free until you are sure of fit. Items showing signs of use may not be eligible for return.

  • Unaltered in any way.

  • In the original packaging, free of damage (scratches, water, folds, dirt, etc.).

  • Returned with all tags attached.

  • Accompanied by your sales receipt or proof of purchase.

Items that arrive damaged must be reported through our Contact Us page within 5 days of delivery.


Products Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

  • Consignment items

  • Sale, clearance, or final sale items

  • Saddles (new, used, consignment)

  • Used items

  • Open horse health care products (liquids, gels, sprays, powders, topicals, bandaging supplies, wormers, treats)

  • Products exposed to scented substances (perfume, deodorizers, etc.)

  • Leather products treated with soap, conditioner, oil, or other substances

  • Books, DVDs, custom or special-order products

  • Trial bits

  • Purchases made via eBay, Kijiji, or Facebook (unless otherwise stated)

  • Items damaged in transit but not reported within 5 days of arrival


How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at evolutiontack@gmail.com with your order details.

  2. If approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions.

  3. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Shipping & Returns

Original Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Orders that qualified for free shipping (over $200, excluding saddles) will have our actual shipping cost deducted from the refund.

Example:
If you spent $120 and received free shipping, and our shipping cost was $15, your refund will be $105.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

  • Collect shipments will be refused.

  • We strongly recommend purchasing insurance and using a trackable method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.


Damages & Issues

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate and make it right.


Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange is to return your item and place a new order for the product you want.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or denial.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the refund posting.
