Yes. We carry a curated mix of new equestrian products and carefully selected consignment items. Each listing clearly notes whether an item is new or consignment. Consignment items are labeled consignment at the top of the product description and will have a vendor labeled as consignment.

All consignment items are final sale and not eligible for returns, exchanges, or promotional discounts. We do take as many photos as possible of consignment products. If you need more before committing to the purchase, please send us a message, and we will be happy to send you more photos and measurements.

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders due to a change of mind. However, we understand that mistakes happen. If you need to edit your order information, such as the delivery address or contact number, please contact us as soon as possible.

You can track your order by checking the shipping confirmation email, which contains a tracking number and a link to the courier's website. Alternatively, log in to your account on our website, navigate to "My Orders," and click on the tracking link provided for your order.

New, unused items may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order, provided they are in new, resalable condition with original tags and packaging. Items must be clean, unaltered, and free of damage or animal hair. Please refer to our Returns Policy page for more details on eligible products.

No. All consignment items, saddles, clearance, sale, and final sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange

Email evolutiontack@gmail.com with your order details. Returns must be approved in advance and sent in accordance with our instructions. Returns sent without approval cannot be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
