When Will My Order Ship?

We do our best to ship all orders as quickly as possible, usually by the next business day. Once your order is on its way, you’ll get an email with a tracking number and automatic updates so you can follow your package along the way.

How We Choose a Carrier

We ship with both Canada Post and trusted national couriers, and we automatically pick whichever is the most cost-effective and efficient for your order at the time. Carrier rates and promotions change often, so this helps us keep your shipping costs as low as we can.

Prefer a specific carrier? If you need your order sent by courier or Canada Post, just let us know in the order notes at checkout and we’ll do our best to make it happen.

Live rural? If there’s a courier that makes it out your way more often (or more reliably) than the others, please tell us in the notes. Rural delivery can be hit or miss, and we’d rather send your order with whoever actually shows up at your gate.

Need it faster? If you need priority shipping, email us and we’ll do our best to sort it out. Additional charges may apply.

U.S. & International Orders

We’re happy to ship internationally, including to the United States. Please note that duties, taxes, and import tariffs are the responsibility of the receiver. These charges are set by the destination country’s customs agency and can vary based on product value, origin, and classification.

United States shipping rates (calculated at checkout by package weight):

Standard International Courier: $60 CAD
Saddle USA Standard International: $200 USD

The shipping rates above do not include duties, taxes, or tariffs. Those are buyer-paid and are settled directly with the carrier or customs office at delivery.

U.S. orders typically arrive in approximately 7–10 business days after they ship.

Unfortunately, Evolution Equestrian has no control over these government-imposed fees, and they may change daily based on trade policies or carrier procedures. Shipping from Canada is significantly more expensive than domestic U.S. rates, and our posted rates reflect actual courier and handling costs to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently.

We do not collect or prepay import duties or taxes, and any additional charges assessed at delivery are payable directly to the carrier or customs office.

We recommend that U.S. customers consult their local customs regulations for more details before ordering.

Oversized & Heavy Items

Some products—such as lunge whips, dressage whips, and extra-heavy western saddles—may be subject to oversized shipping fees. We’ll always let you know of any additional charges before finalizing your order.
