When Will My Order Ship?
We do our best to ship all orders as quickly as possible—typically by the next business day. Most orders are shipped via Canada Post or a trusted national courier. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and automatic updates so you can follow your package’s journey.
If you need priority shipping, please reach out to us by email. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Additional charges may apply.
Shipping Fees
Unfortunately, increased carrier costs and fuel surcharges have significantly impacted shipping. To continue offering reliable service, our rates are:
Western Canada: $18 flat rate
Eastern Canada: $35 flat rate
Saddles: $100 (Western Canada) / $150 (Eastern Canada)
We know these costs are higher than before, and we appreciate your understanding. Please note that actual shipping fees are often greater than what we charge, but we’ve capped them to keep things as fair as possible for our customers.
For very small, lightweight items (e.g., charms, hairnets), we can sometimes offer letter mail shipping at a reduced cost—please inquire before placing your order.
💡 Free Shipping: We’re happy to offer free shipping on orders over $200 (excluding saddles).
U.S. & International Orders
We’re happy to ship internationally, including to the United States. Please note that duties, taxes, and import tariffs are the responsibility of the receiver. These charges are set by the destination country’s customs agency and can vary based on product value, origin, and classification.
Unfortunately, Evolution Equestrian has no control over these government-imposed fees, and they may change daily based on trade policies or carrier procedures. Shipping from Canada is significantly more expensive than domestic U.S. rates, and our posted rates reflect actual courier and handling costs to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently.
We do not collect or prepay import duties or taxes, and any additional charges assessed at delivery are payable directly to the carrier or customs office.
We recommend that U.S. customers consult their local customs regulations for more details before ordering.
Oversized & Heavy Items
Some products—such as lunge whips, dressage whips, and extra-heavy western saddles—may be subject to oversized shipping fees. We’ll always let you know of any additional charges before finalizing your order.
Returns & Exchanges
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all return or exchange shipping charges.
