Hands-free without looking like you've given up on having nice things. That's pretty much the pitch for the Kakadu, and the leather backs it up.

It's made from Wax Pull-Up cowhide - soft and supple straight out of the box, with a finish that actually improves with use. The wax treatment means light scuffs and pressure marks rub out rather than set in, so it holds up to daily wear without looking rough for it. The more you use it, the better the patina gets.

The layout covers the basics without overcomplicating things. One main compartment with a top zip, an exterior zip pocket for the things you're grabbing constantly, and an exterior turnlock pocket for the things that need to stay put. The waist strap is double-adjustable from 26 to 42 inches, so it sits where you want it - whether that's snug at the waist or worn across the body.

At 25 cm wide it's big enough to carry a phone, wallet, keys, and whatever else counts as essential for your day, without the bulk of a bag you have to take off every time you want something.

A note on the leather: full natural hide means no two Kakadus are exactly the same. You might see slight colour variation, natural markings, or texture differences - that's the leather, not a flaw.
