There’s a reason this style of Circle Y western saddle is often nicknamed a couch. This super-padded, super-comfortable Circle Y Equitation saddle is a traditional favourite for riders who want to feel secure and supported for hours in the saddle. The equitation seat is designed to help you sit in a balanced position, whether you are in the arena or out on long trail rides, making this a lovely all-round western saddle for everyday use.

This saddle is stamped as a 15" seat to the stitching, but the padding makes it ride closer to a 14.5" seat, which is ideal for the slightly smaller rider who still wants the feel of a full, secure western saddle. It is built on an estimated 6" gullet, semi-Quarter Horse rawhide wrapped wood tree, and comes with upgraded wooden stirrups. As a more vintage Circle Y, it does show some normal wear and tear for its age, including visible wear on the front of the swells and a slightly loose back right concho. It is also missing an off billet. However, the leather itself is still in great shape – soft, supple and ready for many more miles with its next rider.
