Brown Biothane Halter

Hi there. Would like to purchase Biothabe horse halters in neon colours, preferably with name / phone number tags. I live in the Cariboo region of BC where there is hunting and frequent wildfires. There would be a large market for these in Canada. A US company makes them but I and other Canadian horse caretakers would prefer to buy Canadian made.
