Why a Fly Sheet?

Fly Sheets can easily make your horse life more comfortable in the summer time but not all horses need one.

Pi has allergies and can get a bit of a skin reaction to bug bites, plus he lives in a wooden area that has the nasty deer flies. Having a fly sheet allows for the physical barrier to help protect him from bites.

I often get asked about fly sheets that don’t get too hot. There is going to be temperatures in the summer, such as 30+, where it will just be too hot for any sheet. Fly sheets are designed to be breathable and light colours to reflect the sun to help keep your horse cool.
