Arika Classique Cavesson Bridle

A traditional bridle with a little extra detail. Fancy stitching on the noseband and browband gives it a refined, classic look that suits the show ring just as well as everyday riding.

It's made from soft, pre-oiled leather, so it feels supple right out of the box. The headpiece is padded and shaped to sit comfortably behind the ears, easing pressure on the poll, and the cavesson noseband is padded too for a kinder fit on the nose.

Double buckles on the noseband and throatlatch let you adjust evenly on both sides, so you can get a balanced, precise fit without one side ending up tighter than the other. The padded browband has a contoured shape that frames the face and shows off that fancy stitching.

Caring for your bridle
Leather is a natural material, and a little regular care goes a long way. Leaving it dirty or damp, or drying it too fast, can cause it to stiffen and crack.

After each ride: wipe it down with lukewarm water and saddle soap, then let it air dry.

Deep clean: take the bridle apart and clean each piece thoroughly with lukewarm water and a good saddle soap. Let it air dry, then condition with a quality leather balm or oil. Buff the leather and hardware with a soft cloth.

Storage: keep it somewhere cool, clean, and dry.
