Designed with a 16" hard seat, heavy oiled leather with a hand-stamped running W border. Brass Hardware with 7/8 flat plate rigging. 28" skirt. Built on the standard Billy Cook Rawhide wrapped tree with estimated full QH Bars and a 7" gullet. It comes with a matching wide rear cinch and Classic Equine stirrups.
